The sex and religion of the people involved is utterly irrelevant. The fact that the requirement of a virgin bride is asinine (to me and apparently to you) is irrelevant. If two parties agree to enter a contract, and party A deceives party B about a fact that would determine Party B's willingness to enter the contract, then the deal should be void - that's reason and justice.
