You know what, Billyboy? Have your chauffer drive you down to the Ben Franklin Bridge or Tacony-Palmyra Bridge here in NJ. Take a look around. Get a head count, if you can. Then take one of those bridges into Philly - take a walk down South Street or Front Street, or hell - even Market Street. Be careful, though, and watch your step - because you may trip over a lump on the sidewalk grate. Then for further confirmation, drop by any of the soup kitchens. Or shelters - where you will find the lucky ones who managed to find a spare bed, if only for one night.
