Since air pollution here is not a problem now, it should be even less as oil prices go up. Ya' see, there are only 65,000 people in the entire county (Lake). There are no real freeways: every road in is 2-lane and Not straight. So fewer people will drive up for the tourist season. Oh, well. We can go back to being just an ag county. Want wine and pears with that bison or beef roast?

Other and Main reason I will not move: our house payment(f/equity loan), with property taxes runs around $300/month. Heating and cooling are not too costly, and the scenery is great.
