I urge him to exercise his ability to comprehend simple matters, to distinguish between fact and fiction, to understand and utilize logic whenever possible.
I urge the chimp to exercise his skills at problem solving and taking leadership.
I urge the spoiled idiot to learn the English language and apply it as often as he can.
I urge bushie to exercise his brain, rather than sit on it...even if it's on his tricycle.

And he may want to start this exercise program immediately since scientific studies have shown that male brains actually decrease in size as they age. No time like the present! :-)
