They're largely rock music, as I recall from way back, aren't they?

Also, WMBR's transmitter was not able to get their signal reliably to my home in Sudbury, Massachusetts.

That also used to be a problem with WEEI -- back in the early 1970s. I worked for them six days a week, but on winter evenings when the sun set, they would cut their power back to 1,000 watts nighttime. I couldn't hear them after I got home.
