However...to say that they would not have been hit is rather silly. The attack that happened on 9-11 is absolutely NO ONE's fault other than Al-Queada. Our (the bushco regime to be more clear)reaction has been repugnant and ill-advised - but the attack would have occurred.
All I am saying is that the attack would have happened no matter who was in office.
