Don't forget that there will be at least a couple of Democratic defections as well, and with Senator Johnson still incapacitated, he can't participate in the vote, as far as I understand it. You already know how Lieberman is going to vote, and another 1 or 2 might join him.

Unfortunately I think if this McConnell character wants to filibuster, it will come down to how many repubs go along with him, and also if any Democratic defectors agree to delay the vote, and allow the filibuster.
