Reply #89: Blow the Cover off the GOP GOTV Myth

They are one trick ponies.

"The plan" as always is to steal as much as they can in as many places as they can.

As folks here have been reporting, they have once again successfully purged registered voters, created registration forms with confusing and redundant checkboxes (and failed to notify voters when their registrations were deemed "invalid"). . . on and on.

Due to efforts of folks across the nation the problem with secret and corruptable vote counters (i.e., DREs) are finally being recognized. There have been many "saves," but the fascist minions are busy, busy, bees.


The machines are just one danger of many. You can't count (or miscount) votes that are never cast. (They will be barring voters from voting, there will be poll tax lines. . .)

Whatever they do, they can't pull off the theft without a COVER STORY.

The mythical GOP GOTV effort is that COVER STORY.

And we need to figure out ways to blow the Cover Off It.

Perhaps push reporters (such as they are) at Cable, Network, and Print news outlets to get out there and witness/investigate the mythical GOTV effort. Would like to ID specific people to pressure -- a couple at each network, nytimes, wapo, latimes. . .

Thoughts?
