If it's the financials then why couldn't a lower money contract be given and to maybe move you to graveyard shift (2am to 5am - better than nothing eh?)

However IIRC there's been some senior management changes at AAR so therefore my guess is that someone new is in there ruffling up all the feathers. Sorry it was Mike that was a casualty of this.

Talent this good doesn't stay hidden for too long. Especially if the talent wants to perform. They don't end up doing late nights on a BBC Radio station listening to senior citizens chat on for hours about nothing (and not political either).

I don't want Mike to go the way of Talk Radio UK's Wild Al Kelly - a flash of brilliance never to be heard from again. Mike's light must shine!
