232. jail time possibly - but not necessarily
I believe I heard he got Adjournment in Contemplation of Dismissal (ACOD) on his original charges. Basically, if he doesn't "stay out of trouble" he will have to face the original charges. Typically, the "stay out of trouble" will include any arrests and I doubt it has to specifically be pain-killers.

He is still not automatically guilty of the original charges. He can still put on a defence or whatever.

No matter what, this can't be good for the bum. I'm sure the corporate media will be all over it - a full two-second clip between their mindless drivel.
