12. True, the communication lines were
burning up with dialogue between Washington and the Kremlin. It took more than mere threats to quell that situation, skillfull maneuvering by one great president, John F. Kennedy. He knew Krushev quite well because he was a communicator unlike Dumbdumb. Kennedy had the skills to reach out and solve problems by using common sense, his knowledge of the world and the well laid respect he earned from our allies. Bush believes only in military force, that's it.
