and when the amount paid by either her or DSS was off by a penny the computer didn't register it as "paid in full" as it was told was required and sent out the notice to turn her off. Everything is pretty much run by computers and automatted now. Humans can override to a degree but only within the parameters of what the computer is programed for..which is done by the techies as the BIG money hungry idiots in charge dictate.
