No smoking inside the workplace (CA law). No smoking out front on the sidewalk (leaves a bad impression, and the smoke comes in the door when it's opened). No smoking out back (same). And no smoking on the property, period, by any of my employees (because I CAN). I don't want stinky smell wafting in here at all, and I don't want my clients to see my employees puffing away and then tossing their butts on the ground.

Of course, I tend not to hire smokers in the first place.
