Ion Sancho is fighting back.

Sancho, the Election Supervisor of Leon County, Florida who exposed a number of security flaws in Electronic Voting Machines made by the Diebold corporation of North Canton, Ohio, has earlier today launched legal "breach of contract" proceedings against the company. The action has been filed on behalf of the Leon County Supervisor of Elections office.

As with the alarming security flaw revealed by Sancho in a mock election "hack test" at the end of last year, the ramifications of this action could be enormous. That, as all three certified Voting Machine Vendors in Florida have now all refused to do business with Sancho, and Jeb Bush's Department of State is applying pressure to remove Sancho from his elected position...
