11. Well, I couldn't help noticing this phrase:
"The U.S. will not invest its resources in institutions run by sectarians".

So if Iraq is run by sectarians, does that mean we'll leave?

What the hell does he mean here, 'invest its resources'? I just read that Bush will not seek more reconstuction funds for Iraq. I clicked on the article. Sure enough, they are not going to do any more reconstruction in Iraq.

They're just full of bull, pure and simple. Kim Jong Il is more believable than these clowns.
