4. I thought this was going to be an Onion piece.
Bush touts his achievements in Mongolia, and then donates money to start the Ghenghis Khan Presidential Library. Bush then spoke for several minutes without a script, saying how Ghenghis Khan was one of his favorite historical figures, and saying he prefered John Wayne's portrayal to Ricardo Montalban's.
