74. How is Cheney Reaping Benefits?
According to the document you linked in your post, and if the charities on this document are those to which Cheney will donate his options, he stands to gain plenty. I don't believe he or his peers give away anything; it's all business to them. They steer money to one group or organization and that group will give them back something in return, be it cash, a board membership, money laundered to a different group (or maybe a secret bank account), etc. These people don't do ANYTHING unless they stand to benefit somehow.

Here are the charities listed on your document:

1. University of Wyoming 40% net proceeds

2. Medical Faculty Associates, Inc. 40% net proceeds
(d/b/a GW University Medical
Faculty Associates)
(for the Richard B. Cheney Cardiac
Institute)

3. Capital Partners for Education 20% net proceeds

It's my guess that he has bought himself a team of medical investigators that are conducting research on his specific cardiac problems in the hopes of curing what ails him. The problem is, how do you cure a person's heart disease when it's shown he has no heart?

The Capital Partners for Education provides scholarships for youth in the DC area, who are poor and smart, to attend (and think about this) PRIVATE, mostly RELIGIOUS high schools. I can only imagine how this is personally benefiting him. I noticed on the board of directors of this "charity" (and there are a lot of board members) are members with ties to the Carlyle Group. Hmm, interesting.

And it doesn't specify to which programs the University of Wyoming funds will be directed. Perhaps the Richard B. Cheney Divinity School or the Richard B. Cheney Sports Complex? Don't worry, he'll get a payback for any "giving" he does.
