and thinking its a great way to make a bunch of money. Its a long term investment at a minimum you should hold onto (live in) your house for at least 10 years. If this is the case, its ok to "over pay" or buy at the top, because inflation will eventually make it all a wash(unless we se deflation then your screwed) IMHO
