the guest was a woman who wrote a book about the special treatment churches get from the government, I believe her last name was Hamilton. This is exactly the kind of thing she was talking about.
everything from the Catholic Church claiming they dont have to hand over any documents related to child abuse because of the first amendment, to churches that dont have to obey zoning laws, to child abuse laws not applying to people who prefer 'faith healing' instead of doctors. I may have to look up that book.
