Back when I pal'd around with some cops and STOCK PRODS were implements used only on the farm and in the packing houses, they used to grouse about getting a $90 uniform shirt fucked-up by a messed-up or combative suspect.

Now, just pull out your handy-dandy "Bernie's Buzzer" and you won't even mess up the creases...

Saves on that uniform allowance, saves on dry cleaning....

Only reason *I* can come up with for Tasing the young or elderly.
