There will always be people accused of criminal behavior. Some are guilty, others are not. You believe they should not be defended? Would you like to appear in court without an attorney? People are quick to trash attorneys but they tried to get the best one possible when they are their relatives need legal representation. Without defense attorneys to stop them, some authorities would not hesitate to trample on the rights of ordinary citizens.
