You obviously know far more than I do about Dallas. Good luck.

But, I will add DPD could have responded far more quickly than they apparently did. As well as the HP/UP Police force and all their helicopters as well. This was an easy one. "They" let it go. Why?

I think you might have missed a couple of freeways. I30, I20/Texas80, I must be confused.
