This is where their constituencies are actually able to connect the dots; well, at least some of them :-)

In the sales pitch to the American public, this administration has not framed this issue well at all. Bad advice, or, any other kind; this is not an issue that plays well in a number of areas of the country which played "red" in November. There may be some concerns about 2006 on this issue in lieu of the normal "rubber stamp" doctrine!
