15. That's what I don't get...

Tasers are no more "Non-Lethal" weapons than guns are, the only difference I can see is the odds of you dying with one or the other. Let's say with a gun, your odds are that you will die 70% of the time, but with a taser its 30%(BTW: I made up the numbers, so don't complain), so why is one classified as more lethal than the other, hell being shot in the ass is less deadly than being shot in the head or chest, so was that shot in the ass still assault with a deadly weapon or not?
