And you cover that profound insult by insulting Australians as well (half my family is Aussie so I know what I'm talking about there--Australians are better than that, too).

A lot is wrong with America, but the people are OK. The government is corrupt and with a dysfunctional election system, you just try to get any opposition candidate elected and see how hard it is over here. Most of us liberals are not represented whatsoever. We have no political power. Many people of liberal persuasion are just beaten down and demoralized, esp after the reign of the Bushites.

Like I said, what do you suggest? Or are you just going to throw out insults? So how do we go about changing America? Go ahead, you tell me. Be specific.
