this piece of legislation is a hornets nest and stinks to high heaven in a whole, if we were to try to push it thru on a fast track, it would kill the party for years, ahhhh if only we had done things different while we had been in the process of crafting our various pieces of legislation over the last year, things would be so much different now.
unfortunately the rest of the u.s. is tired of how we have been operating, and i suspect we now haft to pay the piper
