18. I don't disagree, but many believe E.coli is a beef issue
and nothing could be further from the truth. It is an any food issue which is served uncooked or undercooked. As I stated below it has been around forever and for years has been referred to as stomach flu. Most people don't die from it they just get sick. Children, elderly, and immune deficient people are most at risk. The risk can be eliminated or at least minimized by thorough cooking.

My only point is that if you have quit eating beef because of E.coli you are kidding yourself.
