154. A cart, LOL!
Unless you steal one from a grocery store, you're not going to find one sturdy enough to carry a family's load of groceries. Where are you going to put several gallon jugs of bottled water (because city water is unfit to drink), in addition to a gallon of milk? Canned foods are pretty heavy, too. And, pray tell, how are you going to keep perishable foods cold/frozen between store and home, when you live in the desert?

Also, how the hell are disabled or elderly people supposed to haul such a heavy load home? I have trouble lifting ONE gallon of water at a time out of the freakin' trunk of our car, and there's no damned way I could cart a week's worth of groceries, water, and milk home.

Furthermore, our nearest grocery store is 6 miles away, and it's a very LONG walk between the bus stop and my home, and the bus stop and the supermarket. Only a complete idiot would attempt pushing a heavy load in 115-degree heat.

Should you think this is only a problem for desert dwellers, consider this--winter always brings on a rash of heart attacks among people merely shoveling snow. Imagine those same people trying to push a heavily-loaded cart through the snow, in subfreezing temperatures?

Please, get a freakin' clue about real life before you spout unrealistic suggestions.
