Of course it happened. Somewhere in the world, it's happening to some other group of people, i.e. Darfur. It recently happened in Rwanda. It's happened in most parts of the world, especially since WW2. Trying to deny or act as an apologist for it in any of it's forms is simply ludicrous. It flies in the face of any serious rationality.
Whatever beef they have with Israel today should be settled on its own terms, without resorting to such idiotic claims about well-documented recent history.
