to impeachment. Short of the Democrats refusing to fund the war, which I don't believe they'll do, the only way to get out of this unholy mess is to remove Bush from office, and Cheney, too. They are destroying our country, along with Iraq and Afghanistan.

I don't really understand anymore why young people join the military. I realize that some have limited job opportunities, and that's probably part of it, but sheesh, they gamble their lives and limbs when they enlist, and the government screws them when they become veterans.
