Do we bulldoze the homes of city residents who don't turn in drug dealers? Could these people (if they know) be afraid of retaliation? Who is more evil here? The Iraqis must be having a hard time telling - or more likely it's becoming easy to pick the real evil now.

Added: Even aside from the ethical considerations, this is just plain stupid. Guaruanteed to turn more Iraqis into serious resistance fighters.
