If you take the article at face value this would indicate the Iranians have a more active program then imagined. It also shows they have no intentions on placing the full program under international inspectors.

The inference you must draw from this is the Iranian protests they are not going to go nuclear is a lie. This endangers Israeli survival. Palestenian survival too if you think about it.

I'm not certain I put any more reliance in Der Spiegel then I do Debka, but if this information is corect the Israelis would be mad NOT to commence contingency planning.
