You're saying because it would be necessary for every elected Dem to be involved in a conspiracy to make it work, all of them must be involved in that conspiracy.

Sheesh, the only thing Democrats have ever all agreed upon is wearing little American flags on their lapels. You can't even get all of those clowns to agree on global warming or social security.
