Walker recall workers strike back at bird-flippers
My wife was working at the recall office in Chippewa Falls on various tasks (yes, a town with a pop. of 13000 has a staffed recall office), and some of the signature collectors told her of their tactic when anyone in a commercial or business vehicle flips them off. They get the license plate & company name, then call the company and point out to them that having their employees out doing that is not likely to be good for business. If it happens again, well--this is a small town with only so many potential customers, more than half of whom despise Walker, and we have long memories…

3. Reimd them of Angies list and other places on the internet where you
you can report unsavory behavior by companies. Not that you will do so but just name drop.

5. What a great suggestion...
I will be doing that. Although the "thumbs up" and beeps have greatly outnumbered the "fingers", I will spread the word on this. Thank you.

6. And thank you for picking up on it.
That's the main reason I post things like this--to spread the ideas.

7. Were any of them driving
Leinenkugel's trucks? I believe one of the owners had aspirations of running for office as a Republican. Much better craft brewers in the state are out there including Dave's Brew Farm, Ale Asylum, Tyranena, Furthermore, Potosi, Central Waters, Lakefront, Hinterland, and New Glarus.

9. Interesting question.
I think Jake Leinenkugel toyed with the idea of a Republican run at something. Maybe State Senate or something couple of years ago.

I don't know that the Leinie drivers would be hostile to us, though.
