Mark Cole (Republican Congressman in Virginia) has a plan to stop the Antichrist
The House of Delegates is scheduled to vote Wednesday on a bill that would protect Virginians from attempts by employers or insurance companies to implant microchips in their bodies against their will.

It might also save humanity from the antichrist, some supporters think.

Del. Mark L. Cole (R-Fredericksburg), the bill's sponsor, said that privacy issues are the chief concern behind his attempt to criminalize the involuntary implantation of microchips. But he also said he shared concerns that the devices could someday be used as the "mark of the beast" described in the Book of Revelation.

"My understanding -- I'm not a theologian -- but there's a prophecy in the Bible that says you'll have to receive a mark, or you can neither buy nor sell things in end times," Cole said. "Some people think these computer chips might be that mark."

Meanwhile, deep in the center of the Earth...

Anti-Jesus: "Ah, drats! Foiled again! Oh well, back to Fox News."

2. Guess he missed this -
"Microchips, which use radio frequency identification, have been used in pets to identify and track them. Proponents suggest that such chips could be invaluable in making people's medical records portable and secure and in helping to identify and find missing children. Others have urged they be used with Alzheimer's disease patients."

7. What happens when a patient's condition changes?
Can they make revisions to the chips without putting in a new one?

3. "I'm not a theologian.."
Well, I AM a theologian, and you, sir, are an idiot.

If the end of the world is coming, then why would you have a need to buy or sell something? Do you not trust that "the Lord will provide"? And wouldn't selling your possessions not only take advantage of others, but also be pointless? You can't take your stuff with you.

I could point out that the Revelation to St. John is not meant to be a prediction for the end of the world, but that would take too much time.. and frankly, I don't think you care.

:eyes:

Please, sir, use that brain of yours before you speak. It really helps.

5. Since when has any employer or insurance company tried to implant microchips in people against their
will?

There are plenty of nasty employers and insurance companies; but how would this even benefit them?

8. So, Delegate Cole thinks he can defeat God's Eternal Plan outlined in Revelation?
Sounds like the work of antichrist to me! Doesn't Mr. Cole want Jesus to return?

God, what mortals these fools be.

9. I would support legislation making it criminal for involuntary implantations.
But to tie this in with Revelation is idiotic. The writer of that book didn't even think that there would be any people on the planet 100 years later.

11. Yes, Mark you are right
Now go home, shut ourself up in a closet, and don't come out until Jesus opens the door. You may want to take some food and water with you.
