6. They will claim it's totally accidental..like last month's "typo"... but
anyone who has ever designed a newsletter/press release knows that the NEXT line of type starts immediately UNDER the first letter of the one above...nopt indented slightly...unless you DO it purposefully..

Clearly, the "convenience" of using his first name and the kerning, leading, point sizes, line wrap, lighting for emphasis, and alignment ... blatantly DELIBERATE.
