We do spend too much on defense though; I'll admit that. I mean it's impractical because it's unlikely to be politically feasible.

In fact, pretty much any significant reform is going to require cutting the life line between corporate money and government.

And we are so not even close to accomplishing it.

no - you're not wrong - it's just that there's a step ahead of that one, and that step is a doozy... take the government back from its corporate controllers. Until that step is taken, cutting our military budget is nothing more than a fantasy.

I'm not sure tinkering with the product we've developed to this point is gonna have much of an effect.

7. Eliminate the wage tax.

Go back to taxing profits from investment. Let the profitable pay for the protection afforded by the federal government in the form of military protection for their foreign investments.

As long as we the people continue to foot the bill for the corporate goon's hit men, we will continue to suffer.

It worked one hundred and thirty years, you can't deny that.

Keep the income tax at the state and lower levels only.
