My daughter's Kindergarten class did several cooking projects throughout the year, which ended up culminating in an actual cookbook that was sent home for us parents. It is called the "Winnie the Pooh" cookbook. There were recipes in it for various things, and my daughter's journal entries to follow. An example of this was the "Winnie the Pooh" honey butter recipe. My daughters journal entry was "Winnie the Pooh loves honey butter. I love honey butter too."
This is all very very cute and cool. Until we got to "Christopher Robin's Magic Cookie Bars". Apparently the Magic Cookie Bars have flaked coconut and chopped nuts in them (KWKid likes chopped nuts okay, but does NOT like coconut.) I read the recipe, and then read the journal entry. It says, "Today we made Christopher Robin's Magic Cookie Bar. He really likes the magic cookie bar. I don't like the magic cookie bar."
I was laughing my rear off reading that.
