cranberry and stuffing roLLed pork Loin

i had a thread 2 weeks ago about a dinner i envisioned:

anyhow.. i finaLLy upLoaded the photos i took of the resuLt, and here they are.
it was f'n incredibLe. the pork was roLLed with a box of stove-top pork stuffing (wet, uncooked), onion, ceLery, dried cranberries, and orange zest. we had it with pork gravy, and asparagus sauteed in butter and smashed garLic.
i was vetoed on the idea of cutting the gravy with some orange juice.
