6. I called this one "Vincent" in a DU contest based on song titles a couple of years ago..
That's the Belt of Orion in the center and the Orion Nebula bottom left..

Star colors are a great deal more obvious in star trail images than they are in tracked photos where the stars are pinpoints.

3. these sorts of long exposure star pictures are pretty common.

8. While the star trails themselves are easy, it's the rest of the picture that's hard.
The lighting of foreground objects and the balance with the horizon glow is absolutely masterful.
