Is take a look at Senator Obama's interview with the Advocate where he asks for understanding of the speech McClurkin gave against gay people at Obama's event, and see if you can set an example. What Obama is asking of me is a far higher path than his supporters seem to walk. His message just does not seem to really get through to his ardent backers, and that seems to make the message meaningless. If the behavior of Obama's backers toward Eltons opinion the change we have been waiting for? Did his backers get upset when Donnie spoke his mind, or did they defend it on many levels?
