Tweety: "When it comes to the baggage load, you don't want the Clintons"
I just heard that on Hardball. I may not have the quote exact. Tweety went on to say something like, when they put that baggage on the airport scale, what's it gonna be, like 44 pounds. Then the program went to a commercial. I'm surprised it took this long for the Clinton baggage problem to be mentioned by the MSM. All along I've supported Obama on this issue. I don't want to relive all of those attacks on the Clintons. I defended Bill Clinton for 8 years - and I was glad to do it. And I believe the Republicans were wrong to attack him. But I don't want to waste precious campaign time on this distraction. I want a Democratic president and comparatively speaking it will be easier to defend Obama than Clinton.

2. I agree. I'm done defending them too
I defended them for over 8 years, even against me own family but the scales fell from my eyes a few years ago. I'm not going through 8 more years of their drama.

3. There is dirt on Obama and the GOP will have it for the fall.
Everything bad that has been said or that is about HRC's past has been dealt with.
It's old news.

4. They will sling the crap at Obama - no question
Even if HRC's past "has been dealt with" , the Republicans and the MSM will go over every day they were in office, resurrect every scandal, etc. Because of their public life they are more vulnerable to attacks. I don't have the energy to deal with that again. We don't have time. We will lose if we rehash the past.

6. With the Clintons
the past is prologue - the republicans LOVE attacking the Clintons and they are so damn good at it. HRC's biggest problem is her narrow "trading range" - high negatives and low positives. It has always been and it will always be a problem for the Clintons. The most she can hope for is the politics of the past - divide and eek out a narrow victory margin. Fine for putting the Clintons back in the Whitehouse - but you can forget health care reform, ending the war in Iraq, improving the environment, and any new significant government based economic programs - just four more years of stalemate.

7. When it comes to DU, we do not want Tweety telling us what to think.
Guys, look at yourself. You are rating up Chris Matthews, the man who accused New Hampshire Dems, the most liberal in the country of being racists!!!!! In order to stir up trouble for the Democratic Primary which had been very calm and peaceful up until then. That is when all the name calling and trouble started.

The man is nothing but trouble for this primary. He starts fires one after another. He is the enemy of this primary.

8. When it comes to the man-crush load, though, Tweety's your guy.
Especially if you're looking for someone who feels tingly things crawling up his leg, and has been known to drool at the sight of sock-stuffed codpieces.
