She Was A Bad Egg.
Edited on Sat Feb-23-08 10:32 PM by Leopolds Ghost
In light of my recent poll comparing Hillary's descent to Gene Wilder on-stage:

Gradations of Hillary Campaign Melt-down (poll)

http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=132x4732616

Let's all take a page from Willy Wonka, shall we?

The Clinton camp, neoliberal brutes,

Have just gone down the garbage chute!

And she will meet as she descends,

a rather different set of friends!

A rather different set of friends
A rather different set of friends...

A fishhead, for example, cut,

...in Kenya from a halibut.

An oyster from a NAFTA stew,

...A steak that no Chinese could chew.

And lots of other things as well.

Each with it's rather horrid smell (horrid smell.)

These are Hillary's new found friends
That she will meet as she descends.
These are Hillary's new found friends!

Who went and spoiled her, who indeed?
Who pandered to her every need?

Who turned her into such a hawk?
Who are the culprits? (And why New Yawk?)

The guilty ones, who made this swill,

The DLC and dear old... Bill.

1. I want my delegates to lay gold eggs for Denver!
Gooses! Geeses!
I want my geese to lay gold eggs for November

Bill:
It will, sweetheart

Hill:
At least a hundred a day

Bill:
Anything you say

Hill:
And by the way

Bill:
What?

Hill:
I want a feast.

Bill:
You ate before you came to the factory

Hill:
I want a bean feast!

Bill:
Oh, one of those

Hill:
Cream buns and doughnuts and fruitcake with no nuts
So good you could go nuts

Bill:
We can have all those things when we win an election

Hill:
No, Now!

I want a convention
I want a party

Pink macaroons and a million balloons
And performing baboons and ...

Give it to me
Rrhh rhhh
NOW!!!!!!

I want the world
I want the whole world

I want to lock it all up in my pocket
It's my bar of chocolate

Give it to me
Now!

I want today
I want tomorrow

I want to wear 'em like braids in my hair and
I don't want to share 'em

I want a Dem party with room fulls of laughter
Ten thousand tons of ice cream

And if I don't get the things I am after

I'm going... to... scream!

I want the works
I want the whole works

Presents and prizes and sweets and surprises
Of all shapes and sizes

And now
Don't care how
I want it now
Don't care how
I want it no-o-owww....

9. Hmm, the jury is still out on Obama for me.
Edited on Sun Feb-24-08 04:30 PM by Leopolds Ghost
But I can't believe we would nominate someone who just happened
to be the spouse of our last President, so I'm going with Obama
for the time being.

In Pakistan, to paraphrase Hillary, it takes a dynasty to elect
a woman president... this ain't Pakistan. (To be fair on the
gender vs. race issue, I don't think much of Jesse Jackson Jr.
or Harold Ford Jr. running to succeed his father either. Note
how the second and third generation of these liberal dynasties
are progressively more tied to and dependent on wealthy elites.
the Kennedy family started out ostracized from Boston society.
How soon we forget...)

13. The similarity is eerie
Actually, Hillary used to be very atractive and warm-looking person
before she started with the helmet hair and botox.

You want to see a woman who could be President, see Claire McCaskill. I
have been impressed by her. She reminds me of ny mother -- intelligent,
thoughtful & articulate. Unlike a lot of politicians.

"Why doesn't Hillary listen to Mr. Wonka?"

"I don't know, Charlie. That's what happens
when you want to win something so bad,
you won't listen to reason."

I've pressed every button in the White House except this one. Hillary, you do the honors!"
