Edwards people- how do I contribute by phone? |
|
This will be my first specific contribution to an '08 candidate- not counting contributions to Kerry before he bowed out...
Whenever I donate to DEMS or organizations, I like to do it by phone so that I can speak to a person- I like to personally tell people why I am giving.
Is there an 800 number or other number where I can give to Eddie by credit card over the phone?
For those who are curious, his stance against FOX news is what is prompting me to give.

1. Well, I guess he is not set up for that. |
|
I looked again and I cant find anything.
The online donation thingy does not provide a field where I can type a message.
As a general rule, I dont donate unless I can tell someone WHY I am donating.

2. Here is the phone number for the campaign |
|
at the headquarters in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. It's not an 800 number, but I'm sure they'd be glad to hear from you.
(919) 636-3131
Thanks for your support!

4. Thanks again Dragonlady- I wish I could give more. |
|
I just made a $25.00 donation via the number you provided.
I wish it could have been more.
Just so you know, I still have not made up my mind, but this is the 1st donation I've made to a particular, individual '08 campaign.

5. A candidate's number of donors is very important |
|
Small donors count just as much that way. If we ever get effective campaign finance reform, small donors will be where it's at. :hi:
