Fact ..... The head of the BOE here Damnschroder had 62 extra voting
machines that he did not send out on 11/2/04 ...... their serial #s were
deleted from roosters ..... RUMOR has it some of those machines were
on trucks driving around all day.

Fact ...... a machine in Gahanna OH came pre loaded w/ 3,800 bush
votes .... the story was told last Feb that the voting machine got
tired and had to add votes to *'s total ......

Get involved with the democratic party and find out why this hack is running the election board. Ask who ever the chairman of the board is, by Ohio Law it has to be a democrat, call him or her up and find out what favor they got for letting that creep in there to help disenfranchise thousands of voters....

I was on the BOE in Cuyahoga County.

The law says that two representives of each party are elected to serve on the BOE. These people are elected by members of the Executive committee which are elected by the Precinct Committee people or appointed by the Chairman of the party.

The law states that the Executive Director of the BOE must come from the other party than the Chairman of the BOE.

presents special difficulties. We have to argue BOTH of them down. The DNC uses data handed to them by Blackwell to claim that there was no widespread fraud of votes taken from Kerry. That DNC report shows what is either astounding incompetence and laziness or deliberate betrayal.

And now we have the DOJ "report" claiming the same thing and MORE.

A one-two punch, all in the same time frame. And the GOP can claim that the DNC report "proves" that the DOJ report is right - "no fraud in Ohio."

21. DNC used Blackwell Data? Hmm, wonder if he mentioned the Lawsuits that Noe

you know - the Coin Investor who conveniently lost over 13 million dollars and who he (and his wife) got personal hugs from * for raising over $100,000 for him.... was Intervenor for him (Blackwell).

This is a letter I wrote a reporter at the Toledo Blade:

... This note is regarding your recent article, which I just saw today about Mr. Blackwell and his stand on the coin investments (June 5th or 6th). I have a lot of issues with Mr. Blackwell concerning the election (regarding the number of precincts that were closed/merged since he took office and the comments he made about how chaotic it was going to be prior to the election (and then was)**). So.... I was looking for connections between him and Noe in some of this mess -- besides monetary contributions, that is -- because I think it goes deep into... something. What, I'm not sure, and ultimately there may be no connections at all.
