It would help if whomever is responsible for distributing this torrent could register it properly with a working tracker.

Also, whomever wrote the post on the Loose Change blog said:

BitLord is recommended for PC and Azereus is recommended for Mac.

Azureus (correct spelling) will work with both PC, Mac and Linux as it is Java based. However, it is quite bloated and a resource hog. A better choice for PC would be uTorrent which is quite tiny and efficient. BitLord however is not a program I would recommend as it is embroiled in controversy. The two key points of contention is that authors took the work of the BitComet authors and simply relabeled it and that it is infested with adware. I can not confirm either claim but I can report that like Azureus it is a huge resource hog. BitComet was also banned by a number of trackers due to bad behavior on the part of the client software. I don't know if BitLord "inherited" this "feature".

I will try again later, however I don't believe just downloading the torrent again will help as it will still be an unregistered torrent. He should package up a new torrent and register it with a functioning tracker. Good luck.

That is the URL of The Pirate Bay's tracker. That is not a torrent.

The torrent posted on the Loose Change blog is still unregistered with the filelist.org tracker.
