It's all Barrie Zwicker's fault. He was the first media professional on the planet to start poking holes in the Bush administration's "Official Conspiracy Theory", on cable TV. He's Canadian, so, it must be his fault!

From Toronto to Vancouver, Canadians are wondering just what the hell went down on 9/11, and Zwicker is egging them on. This past week saw Zwicker roll into Winnipeg with architect Richard Gage and launched a three-day whirlwind of public presentations and appearances on Winnipeg's local cable television, with a big supporting role from Winnipeg's www.stoplying.ca ;

It's funny... these TV anchors are so... different compared to say, Hannity & Colmes, for instance.

Gage didn't arrive in time for the TV interviews, but did have two successful presentations at the University of Manitoba and the Fort Garry Hotel, speaking to 200 and 300 people respectively.

The general tack of tolerance in Canadian media toward 9/11 skeptics was firmly established by the federally-funded CBC. In this Sunday-morning newscast posted on YouTube, we see a report from 2006 that roughly coincided with the 5th anniversary of 9/11. Skeptics and proponents of the "Official Conspiracy Theory" are presented one after the other in a relatively balanced manner, seldom seen on US media outlets.

The CBC report is noteworthy, because the reporter, Evan Solomon, asks a series of questions of Lee Hamilton that the US media can't, or won't. The full interview with Hamilton is posted on the CBC website. David Ray Griffin says of this interview;

This interview was conducted by a man who, having read some of my writings, asked many of the questions I would have asked. This exchange can, therefore, be considered my ersatz interview of Lee Hamilton, whose responses are quite revealing. - DEBUNKING 9/11 DEBUNKING, p.136

I'll say. Check this one out;

What caused the collapse of the buildings, to summarize it, was that the super-heated jet fuel melted the steel super-structure of these buildings and caused their collapse. - Lee Hamilton, August, 2006.

I would hate to accuse anyone of spreading disinformation, but Mr. Hamilton, have you no shame?

So, the Winnipeg local cable is a natural progession, and evidenced by the SHAW hostess, at least some of the talking heads up north actually read.

From June 22-24th, "The Vancouver 9/11 Truth Society will host an international conference to expose the realities, myths, omissions and distortions of the official narrative of the events of September 11th, 2001, and present evidence which contradicts what the public has been told about that fateful day, and evidence that has been ignored. Presenters will detail the numerous reasons why a new, full, and impartial investigation into 9/11 is required."

This international conference will likely be the best of its kind this summer, with other US conferences in the offing for this fall.
