In a striking post, AdAge magazine, a leading magazine for the advertising community, has asked Godless author Ann Coulter to kill herself, RAW STORY has discovered.

Buried in the article, a humorous attack on the mainstream media, was the following quote.

"Would it kill you, 'Godless' author Ann Coulter, to do us all a favor and kill yourself? (Oh, well, yeah, I guess it would kill you.)

"After her recent rabidly hateful, foaming-at-the-mouth, sub-human 'Today' show appearance -- in which she reiterated her assertion that 9/11 widows are "enjoying their husband's deaths" -- even her former supporters began to fantasize about how much nicer the world would be if it were Coulterless."

I would much prefer to see her publicly humiliated, such as going to jail for her voter fraud in Florida. I cannot see how she can avoid the charges now, since she admited on television that she lives in New York. How the hell can she get away with voting in Florida at all? One cannot be registered to vote in two different states. I really am sick of these flaming wingers getting off with no sanctions whatsoever. First Lush Rimbaugh, now the MAnn Coulter fraud. You gotta wonder, is someone, or even several someones, being paid off down in South Florida?

I know she's good at getting press (partially because she's really good atmarketing her fair-weather femininity), but it's obvious that she's bats.

AdAge has a responsibility to its advertisers (at least) not to inflame readers who might disagree with such a sentiment (I'm sure there are a few).

This just shows how -- regardless of intellectual dishonesty, cruelty, spread-legged pandering, and cheap shots -- if you're sufficiently provocative, you can make a buck in America. Coulter understands that, and since her job description really falls into the "entertainer" category, should we be surprised (or even appalled) when she uses whatever sick trick she can come up with to flog her career?
