What did KO just apologize for on Countdown? I missed it,

1. He showed a clip of The Tonight Show, in which Lenno shows a clip

of a reporter about to report on bush's latest stop, and it focused on a few seconds before the reporter was on air, and the reporter was doing some kind of facial exercize - it was lame as usual from Lenno. KO said he didn't know it was coming, that it was inappropriate, and he apologized that it aired.

Really sorry I missed it, since I don't recall hearing KO having to apologize like that. At least he wasn't having to apologize (i.e., kowtow to) the administration or something for saying something they didn't like...

Actually, although I wasn't paying close attention, it really didn't seem like a big deal. Apparently, this guy is a friend of Olbermann's and Keith thought it was a low blow to broadcast his pre-report warmup. (KO hadn't seen the clip beforehand.) I don't disagree- I'm sure they all do goofy stuff to warmup, not expecting to have it broadcast- but I didn't find the clip "REALLY" inppropriate.

3. It was of Bob Kur from NBC

in the midnight replay, they had edited the clip out, substituted one from the Daily Show instead and then had wiped over KO's apology. He looked pissed. I bet someone get yelled at last night for that!
