5. I am!
I'll be the one with at least one sign declaring that b*sh is a traitor. Hopefully, that means you won't know who I am because there will be too many signs like that! ;)

6. You go!
Still working out the logistics of getting the Bush puppet there. If we can't bring it we'll be carrying a big UN flag and a Peace flag. Of course like your sign there'll be hundreds of other similiar flags.

10. It's going to be great.
I hope the turnout is HUGE.

The flipside of my sign (I always do double-sided and flip them around every so often) will allude to the fact that there may be as many as twice the number of dead U.S. soldiers that they're telling us.

7. Freepers plan to counter protest us
Freepers to counter protest March 20 rallies

>>To: RonDog

The BAD GUYS have a permit to march from Hollywood & Vine, past our corner, and then around the block - past Hollywood High School and the ARMY Recruitung Station - ending up in front of the Kodak Theatre, where they plan to hold THEIR "rally."

Their "parade permit" grants them FULL ACCESS to all of the streets - AND all of the sidewalks - during the parade.
So, we CANNOT assemble ANYWHERE along their "parade route" - DURING the march.

But, after the parade passes by, the LAPD will begin to re-open the streets to TRAFFIC...
...and re-open the sidewalks to US.<<

Watch out, there be at least 50 of them compared to our 5000.

9. From Codepink
March 20th-The World Still Says No To War!!

When: Saturday, March 20th gather at 11:30 am
Where: Hollywood & Vine. Look for the Pink Banner/Flag Draped Casket!
Women Get Ready!!!
LOS ANGELES MARCH AND RALLY - A CODEPINK Call To Action

On March 20th, the one year Anniversary of the day US Invaded Iraq, the Women of CODEPINK participate in the Los Angeles March and Rally by honoring the victims of war.. all the victims. Our brothers and sisters who left their homes to fight for their country, only to find that it was all a lie. We honor them for their courage and for their trust in the kind of Democracy that our Constitution guarantees. We honor the lives of the innocent Iraqi civilians... victims of thirteen years of US aggression and what Amnesty International calls the worst sanctions in history. And we honor the lost lives of innocent people of the middle east, caught in that seemingly endless occupation Sharon calls a Democracy.

We stand for the only true Democracy that insists on human rights and dignity for all people and a respect for all living things. Help us call the troops home.

Victims of War/Visions of Peace

WHAT: A Procession in two parts
1. Victims of War: Silent Funeral procession... Starting with a flag draped casket... the one Mr. Bush and Mr. Ashcroft don't want us to see. We will cover it with flowers. If you would like to come as a survivor (American, Iraqi/Palestinian) please wear all black with a touch of pink. Veil (Hajib) for the Iraqi survivors. CODEPINK button if you have it. Bring a flower to place on the casket at the end of the March.

2. Visions of Peace: Follows the Funeral Procession. A joyful expression of freedom... Singing and chanting.. Dress in all shades of pink. Slips too, of course. Bring flowers to share and later give to the marchers/police. If you forget, we will have extras.

WHERE: Gather at 11:30. Hollywood & Vine. Look for the Pink Banner/Flag Draped Casket.

Carpool if possible. Last year the Hollywood & Vine Amtrak station was closed. There are big lots at Selma, South of Hollywood Blvd, at both ends of the march.

16. Bring the troops home now???????
You do know that John F. Kerry is against that action don't you?

We need to be secure in our ABB strategy and not rock the vote. Kerry MUST be elected so we need to not claim to want "Bring the troops home now" edicts.
